About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call new leads and reach out to app downloaders to convert them into subscribers
2. Pitch and close deals by giving tailored pitches, handling objections, and closing effectively
3. Upsell and retain customers by offering upgrades and ensuring long-term satisfaction
4. Make cold calls to connect with potential customers and expand reach
5. Report progress and refine approaches by tracking performance metrics
6. Answer calls and resolve app-related issues, assisting customers with problems and queries
7. Follow up with users to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
8. Onboard new users by guiding them through the app\'s features and functionalities
9. Collect feedback from users to gather insights for improving the app experience
10. Collaborate with the tech team to address and resolve recurring issues

5. Multilingual (Hindi/English): Fluency in both languages to handle diverse customer groups
6. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using and explaining app features and tech-related issues
7. Patience and Empathy: Ability to handle frustrated or confused customers calmly
8. Target-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed sales and support goals
9. Adaptability: Willing to learn and adapt to new sales tactics or customer support tools
10. Prior Experience: Preferred background in marketing, customer service, or SaaS sales

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of sales).
