About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising
2. Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations
3. Recruiting, training, and supervising employees
4. Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing disciplinary actions
5. Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels
6. Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies
7. Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations
8. Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront
9. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
10. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed
