About the internship

Gainers Realtors LLP is looking for a sales intern to join our team and become an integral part of our success story. As our sales intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in real estate. You will be working alongside experienced professionals to facilitate the sales process while gaining experience in marketing, customer service, and communication.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convince prospective clients
2. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
3. Generate new business leads and opportunities globally
4. Achieve or exceed revenue targets
5. Send details of new properties on the market to people in your database
6. Work actively on scheduled appointments with clients
7. Work on intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing
8. Generate leads through promotional activities

Skills & Requirements:

1. Vehicle mandatory
2. Experience in sales will be preferred
3. Must have good communication skills and must be presentable
