Remote (India-first focus)
Compensation:
No fixed stipend/retainer. Commission only -
20% on every new sale
and
10% on every renewal
(on invoiced amount received).
Why this role exists
DexKor is scaling fast and we need hungry sellers who can open doors, book demos, and close deals for our Customer Success & HelpDesk products. If you love talking to people, hustling on LinkedIn/email, and getting paid directly for results, read on.
What you'll do (Key Responsibilities)
Prospect & Qualify:
Identify ICP accounts (SaaS, D2C, Logistics, etc.), find the right decision-makers, and start conversations.
Outreach & Follow-ups:
Write crisp LinkedIn DMs/cold emails, run call sequences, and nurture leads till demo.
Demo Coordination:
Schedule demos with the founding team, ensure stakeholders show up, and prep them with context.
Pipeline Hygiene:
Log activities, notes, and deal stages inside DexKor (yes, you'll use the product you sell).
Deal Support:
Assist during proposal/negotiation, chase paperwork, and push to closure.
Renewal Touchpoints:
Stay in touch with your closed accounts so you earn that 10% renewal commission.
What you'll get
High commissions:
20% on new sale value, 10% on renewal.
Example:Close a ?60,000/month deal (?7,20,000/yr) ? you earn ?1,44,000. Renewal next year? ?72,000.
Hands-on SaaS sales experience:
Founder-led training, real ICP lists, scripts, and tooling.
Certifications & LOR:
Internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation on strong performance.
Network & exposure:
Sell to CX/CS leaders, founders, and VPs across industries.
We're looking for people who...
Are students / fresh grads / freelancers who love selling. (MBA/BBA/SaaS sales exposure is a plus, not mandatory.)
Can write clear, concise outreach messages and hold a consultative conversation.
Are self-driven, target-obsessed, and comfortable working without hand-holding.
Understand (or are excited to learn) B2B SaaS, Customer Success, and Support workflows.
Have reliable internet, a laptop, and basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and spreadsheets/CRMs.
Tools & Support You'll Get
ICP & persona briefs, sample pitches, objection-handling cheat sheets.
Access to DexKor, Notion/Sheets for tracking, and outreach templates.
Weekly check-ins with the founding team for coaching and deal reviews.
Engagement Details

Internship / Freelance (Commission-only)
Duration:
Minimum 8-12 weeks recommended (extendable).
Hours:
Flexible--outcomes over hours.
Payouts:
Within 7 working days of client payment receipt (post invoice realisation).
Territory:
India focus to start; global if you have the network.
