Key Responsibilities1.
Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential clients and categories for BTL and event activations.
Conduct basic market research on local brands, retailers, distributors, and event opportunities.
2. Client Interaction & Support
Assist the sales team in client communication and follow-ups.
Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
3. On-Ground Activation Support
Coordinate with the operations team for event setups and executions.
Visit client locations, malls, retail outlets, and activation sites as required.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Help maintain sales reports, lead sheets, and daily activity logs.
Assist in vendor coordination for quotations, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Learning & Development
Learn how BTL activations are sold, priced, and executed.
Gain exposure to event planning, branding, promotions, and client servicing.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to make phone calls.
