Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic

Visa Intern (Agent Outreach)

to support our visa operations team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with travel agents using our database, onboard them, and explain Ghumo Piro's visa services.

Key Responsibilities

Call and connect with travel agents from the provided database. Pitch Ghumo Piro's visa services and explain partnership benefits. Build and maintain relationships with agents for long-term collaboration. Collect and update agent information in the CRM/database. Share feedback from agents with the operations team to improve service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English). Confidence in making outbound calls and handling conversations. Basic knowledge of travel/visa industry is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
