JOB DESCRIPTION

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in Indian and international markets. Setting up meetings with potential clients, building strong relationships, and negotiating deals. Identifying customers for: Navigation & Communication Systems Automation & Calibration LSA & FFA Fire & Gas Detection Systems Marine Safety Equipment Firefighting & Rescue Equipment Life Rafts & Lifeboats Life Saving & Survival Equipment Participating in client visits and supporting business development initiatives.
Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, proposals, and CRM updates.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Fast learner with a strong passion for sales. Willingness to travel (National & International). Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage foreign customers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
