Role Summary
The Sales Intern will support the sales team by handling initial customer enquiries, qualifying leads, performing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate lead data. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in sales within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Contact new travel enquiries via calls and WhatsApp
Collect basic customer requirements (destination, budget, travel dates)
Share basic tour package information with customers
Perform follow-ups with interested leads
Qualify leads and assign hot leads to sales executives
Update CRM / lead tracking sheets accurately
Support sales executives in daily sales activities
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Comfortable speaking on calls and WhatsApp chats
Willingness to learn sales and travel industry basics
Basic computer and Google Sheets knowledge
Positive attitude and learning mindset
Willingness to work from
Noida office
