Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients or leads through online and offline channels.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, or LinkedIn to explain products and services.
Support the sales team in maintaining client databases and updating CRM systems.
Schedule meetings, demos, or counseling sessions for senior sales representatives.
Assist in follow-ups with leads to ensure timely conversions.
Participate in team discussions to develop new sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and conversion activities.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (pursuing or recently completed) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to learn and grow in sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
