Role Overview
Kapeefit Health Brand Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Interns to join our growing team. The intern will play a key role in handling voice and chat sales processes, assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage voice calls (inbound & outbound) with customers for product inquiries, sales, and support.
Handle chat interactions to resolve queries, share product information, and assist in order placements.
Actively promote Kapeefit's products and services to prospective customers.
Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.
Provide feedback to the sales team to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Fluency in English & Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
Positive attitude, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Freshers, undergraduates, or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation may apply.
