Role Overview:
As a
Sales Intern
, you'll play a key role in helping users explore our platform, understand our services, and convert leads into happy customers. This is a great opportunity to learn real-world sales in a high-growth startup environment.
What You'll Do:
Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand user needs and suggest suitable doctors/clinics
Educate leads on cosmetic procedures, pricing, and benefits
Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and daily reports
Work with the operations and marketing teams to improve user journey
Hit weekly/monthly sales goals (incentives included!)
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and people-friendly attitude
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
Comfortable making 30-50 calls a day
Bonus: Experience in telesales, customer support, or B2C sales
