Program Structure

Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (Week 1-2)

Company & product orientation Sales & CRM training On-ground strategy introduction

Phase 2: Field Execution & Performance (Week 3 onwards)

Achieve a

monthly revenue target of ?40,000

Convert verified leads and maintain reporting Participate actively in

society, corporate, and clinic activations

Stipend Details

Fixed Component:

?5,000/month

Performance Incentive:

Up to ?10,000/month

Total Potential Earnings:

?15,000/month

Certification & Placement Criteria

Interns who:

? Complete all 6 active months

? Meet performance benchmarks in at least 4 months

? Maintain active field participation & regular reporting
