Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reaching out to prospective clients for service-related requirements.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery requirements.
Participate in client meetings, calls, and service discussions when required.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service processes.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
