About the Opportunity:
We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as
Sales Interns
and support our business development efforts in the recruitment industry. This role is ideal for freshers or students who want to learn how B2B sales, client acquisition, and business growth work in real time. You'll receive complete training and mentorship to help you succeed -- no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients such as startups, SMEs, and corporates across various industries.
Reach out to decision-makers (HR heads, founders, and talent leaders) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Assist the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-up communication.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
What We're Looking For:
Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales, business development, and the recruitment industry.
Must have a
laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
to work remotely.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
