Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our team. As a sales intern, you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting our sales team in identifying prospects, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Provide after-sales support to clients and address inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that drive sales.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other events to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
