About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated
Business Development Intern
to join our
Business Development Team.
This is a remote internship where you'll gain practical, hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, CRM management, overall sales funnel and building pipelines.
This role is perfect for someone who is a
go-getter, aspiring marketer or sales professional,
and wants to learn the
ins and outs of modern sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating potential leads across relevant industries.
Connect with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls to schedule meetings and pitch services.
Maintain and update CRM tools and client databases accurately.
Support team members in preparing proposals, quotes, and cost data.
Join internal team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing sales strategies.
Collaborate on client presentations and outreach campaigns.
Take full ownership of meeting conversion targets (5 conversions = eligibility for full-time offer).
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus (training will be provided).
Previous experience in sales or customer service is appreciated but not necessary.
