Position Overview
We are seeking
dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales Interns
to join our real estate sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for
MBA / BBA graduates
or freshers looking to start a career in real estate sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable project options.
Support in preparing sales proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Work on marketing initiatives, including events, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed
MBA / BBA / Graduate
in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sales, networking, and client relationship building.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
