Position Overview
We're seeking
MBA graduates
who are passionate about
sales, business development, and client engagement
. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, client handling, and market research, with an opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through various channels.
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Support client on-boarding, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development)
- recent pass-outs preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
