Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and market segments
Conduct market research and gather customer data
Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
Set up meetings/demos for the senior sales team
Maintain records of leads and customer interactions in CRM tools
Participate in training sessions and shadow sales calls
Support follow-ups with prospective clients

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service

Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace
