Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

: Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.

Lead Generation

: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and database management.

Sales Conversion

: Guide customers through the application process, addressing queries and converting leads into sales.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Debt Recovery

: For recovery roles, contact customers with overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and update records accordingly.

Data Entry & Reporting

: Accurately enter customer information into CRM systems and provide regular reports to supervisors.

Compliance

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Communication Skills

: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi; basic English proficiency.

Sales Orientation

: Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively.

Technical Proficiency

: Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly.

Team Player

: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently.

Experience

: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
