Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Sales Intern
to join our team at Sustainable Future Training. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain
hands-on B2B sales experience
in the certification and training industry. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in promoting
ISO training programs
(ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001), while learning sales processes, client management, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients needing ISO training solutions.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
Maintain and update the prospect database in the CRM system.
2. Sales Support
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients for engagement.
Support development of customized training solutions.
Coordinate with the training delivery team to ensure smooth execution.
3. Client Management
Provide first-level customer service for training inquiries.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Handle basic concerns and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Assist in post-training follow-ups and client satisfaction checks.
4. Administrative Tasks
Update CRM system with accurate client and activity data.
Prepare weekly sales reports and activity summaries.
Coordinate training schedules with clients and trainers.
Assist in promotional events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).
