Our Pathway to Success (PTS) Program is Vrcyns flagship initiative aimed at empowering individuals to excel in their careers. Through expert training, industry-recognized certifications, and comprehensive job placement support, PTS bridges skill gaps and prepares participants for workforce demands. This program enhances marketability and employability, positioning participants for long-term career success in an increasingly competitive job market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and Sell the Pathway to Success Program: Actively promote, explain, and sell Vrcyns PTS program to potential clients, including students, academic institutions, and corporate partners.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Sales Reports: Assist with tracking sales activities and generating reports to monitor performance.
• Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through email, phone, or social media to schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
