We are looking for a smart, self-driven Sales Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about spending their day on LinkedIn. This is not a copy-paste job--we want someone with sharp intellect, strong communication skills, and the curiosity to figure things out and execute smarter every time.
You'll be part of a sales team that's redefining outreach with process-driven systems, automation, and data-backed messaging. Your mission is to help us generate and nurture high-value leads through LinkedIn and support the execution of sales playbooks built for scale.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily LinkedIn outreach to connect with qualified prospects (founders, CTOs, product owners, etc.)
Follow and implement detailed SOPs, scripts, and messaging guidelines shared by the sales manager.
Assist the sales team in tracking and reporting outreach performance using CRM and other tools.
Maintain a strong and consistent presence on LinkedIn - commenting, engaging, and sharing curated content.
Research and identify new potential leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) guidelines.
Take ownership of outreach goals and proactively seek feedback to improve performance.

Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn's search, filters, messaging, and networking functionalities
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and sales scripts to the letter--while also thinking critically
Bonus Points
Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead gen, or sales
Familiarity with CRM tools like Odoo & similar
Understanding of B2B SaaS or tech product ecosystem
