Role Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Sales Executive Intern

to join our Business Development team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management within the recruitment technology sector. You will work closely with our Sales Executives and Marketing Team to drive platform adoption, onboard new clients, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Research and identify potential clients (HR professionals, recruitment agencies, and companies hiring across sectors) Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and industry events Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to convert leads into prospects Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients under supervision Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product offerings Assist in preparing proposals, pricing quotes, and onboarding documentation Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and research capabilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client engagement Basic understanding of SaaS, recruitment platforms, or digital tools is a plus
