The Sales Intern will support the sales team by reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and assisting in generating leads. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system and database
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and reports
Support in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
Gather market insights and share feedback with the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools is an advantage
