Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential international buyers & new countries for rice export
Assist the sales department in
lead generation
, email outreach & follow-ups
Prepare quotations, PIs, and share product details with international buyers
Maintain CRM databases, enquiry sheets, and track sales pipeline
Support documentation team by coordinating export-related paperwork (if required)
Coordinate internally with procurement, logistics & export operations to ensure timely order handling
Draft basic emails, prepare PPTs, and assist in international sales presentations
Learn about rice grades, pricing structures, logistics, and shipping terms (Incoterms)
Skills & Requirements
Freshers / final-year students (BBA, MBA - Marketing / International Business preferred)
Strong written & verbal communication (English must)
Proactive, good learning attitude & interest in export business
Knowledge of MS Excel, Email drafting, and internet research
Preferably interested in long-term growth into Sales / Export domain
