Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential Students/Institutions through various channels like LinkedIn, social media, cold emailing, and referrals.

Sales Conversations:

Initiate and manage the entire sales cycle--from the first cold call to closing the deal. You will be responsible for explaining our product's value proposition, handling objections, and persuading potential clients.

CRM Management:

Log all your interactions, track leads, and manage your pipeline efficiently using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Market Feedback:

Act as the "ears on the ground," providing crucial feedback from customers about our products, pricing, and the market to help us improve.

Achieving Targets:

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, demos scheduled, and deals closed.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):



Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in any field (Business, Marketing, Communications is a plus, but not mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be confident and clear on the phone. A go-getter attitude with high motivation and a strong desire to earn based on your performance. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively. Basic understanding of sales principles is preferred, but we will provide training. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
