Conduct outreach via calls and emails to UK & ROW delegates for ISA applications.
Host online meetings to guide clients through the application process.
Track prospects to closure, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately in Salesforce.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead engagement, application, and payment confirmation.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly call/performance reports.
Maintain a customer-first approach, handling queries with professionalism and clarity.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and promptly escalate any issues for resolution.
