Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development. As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential leads. Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Handle initial client interactions through calls, emails, or meetings. Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions. Track and report sales activities, performance, and progress to management. Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, events, and other sales initiatives. Learn and apply effective sales techniques under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of sales. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Stipend:

First 6 Months:

?3,000/- per month

After Completion of 6 Months:

?10,000/- per month (based on performance evaluation)
