Position Title:

Business Development Intern

Location:

Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Duration:

6 months (Internship), with conversion to full-time employment based on performance

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings.

Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior team members.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

Work closely with senior sales personnel to implement sales strategies.

Learn and apply effective sales techniques and methods.

Performance Evaluation:

Regularly update sales reports and performance metrics.

Participate in performance review sessions to assess internship progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Passion for sales and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
