Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify for new business opportunities through cold calling, online research, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and promote suitable services or solutions.
Client Visits & Relationship Building: Visit potential clients to understand their business needs, present our offerings, and establish long-term professional relationships.
Product/Service Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demos tailored to client requirements.
Sales Conversion: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools or sales trackers.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, service delivery, and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver product/service demos with confidence and clarity.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
