Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential leads through Linkedin, databases, and industry sources.
Support in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly reports and provide insights on lead generation performance and conversion progress.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales concepts, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
