Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Explain courses and offerings effectively
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant programs
Maintain call records and daily reports
Work towards daily calling and lead generation targets
Follow calling scripts while maintaining a friendly conversation

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic phone and communication etiquette
