Role Overview
The B2B Sales Intern will support the sales team across lead generation, account research, CRM management, and sales enablement. This role is designed to strengthen the top and middle of the sales funnel while allowing senior sales members to focus on closing and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and buyer personas
Build, qualify, and enrich lead databases using LinkedIn, company websites, and internal tools
Support outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn outreach, meeting setup)
Maintain CRM hygiene: update leads, contacts, deal stages, and notes
Assist with follow-ups, meeting coordination, and sharing of sales collateral
Prepare basic sales materials such as pitch decks, account briefs, and competitor snapshots
Support proposal/RFP documentation and internal coordination with pre-sales and ops teams
Track sales activities and prepare weekly pipeline and performance reports
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic data handling
Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho - preferred)
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn B2B sales processes
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
