We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team for a 3-month paid internship.
This role is open to students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
This role focuses on outbound and inbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement over the phone.
As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals to convert leads, nurture prospects, and support revenue growth. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-ups
Explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Follow up on warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline
Achieve daily/weekly calling and engagement targets
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of sales concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
