Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and persuasive
Sales & Business Development Intern
who's passionate about marketing and client communication. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and helping close deals -- directly impacting the company's growth.
This is a
performance-based internship
that rewards skill, effort, and results -- with both
stipend and commission

Compensation Structure
Month 1:
Training & trial period (Unpaid)
Month 2:
?5,000 - ?10,000 stipend (based on performance)
Month 3:
?10,000 - ?15,000 stipend (based on performance)
Commission:
Additional
30% commission on every successful closure
(no cap)
Full-time Offer:
Based on consistent performance, with an industry-standard salary package.
(Example: If you close a ?50,000 project, you earn ?15,000 commission on top of your stipend.)
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, social media, and networking.
Pitch Regortz's marketing and design services with confidence and clarity.
Build relationships and follow up effectively to convert leads.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for seamless project execution.
Track and report lead generation and closure status.
Requirements
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
A genuine interest in marketing, branding, and sales.
Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to work both remotely and from the office when required.
No prior experience necessary -- attitude and learning mindset matter most.
