Role Overview
As a Sales Intern (B2B), you'll support the Business Development team in growing Ant Mascot's partner and client ecosystem particularly SMEs & Corporates. You'll get hands-on exposure to a technology-led, high-impact B2B sales workflow in the ecommerce space.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential B2B clients (SMEs, corporate procurement heads, channel partners) and build targeted outreach lists.
Assist in lead generation across market segments like office supplies, corporate gifting, and promotional merchandise.
Reach out via email, phone, or LinkedIn to schedule discovery calls and demos.
Support commercial discussions including product personalization, bulk pricing, custom quotes, and GST-compliant invoicing.
Collaborate with tech and fulfillment teams to streamline order customization and AI-dashboard walkthroughs.
Maintain CRM data integrity (leads, follow-ups, pipelines).
Prepare presentations and reports e.g., competitor mapping, product categories, buyer trends.
Join team meetings and help with partner onboarding, platform demos, and sales collaterals.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies (ideally in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or similar).
Self-motivated with strong communication skills (written + verbal).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data/CRM tools.
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and client communications.
Familiarity or eagerness to learn about AI-powered tech platforms.
Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced tech-ecommerce environment.
