Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and researching potential franchise partners.
Support the franchisee onboarding process from initial contact to agreement.
Help prepare sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposal documents.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Maintain and update the CRM/database of franchise leads.
Learn and apply franchise sales techniques under the guidance of the senior team.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with prospects.
Preferred Language Kannada,Tamil,Malayalam .
