Responsibilities
Conduct online lead generation through research, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
Assist in prospecting and qualifying leads for IT products or services.
Support the sales team in preparing and delivering virtual presentations, demos, and proposals.
Maintain records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Perform market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
Draft and share sales reports, communication updates, and performance summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) for client requirements and solutions.
Handle client communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong interest in technology, IT solutions, and web development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer engagement.
