As a Mobile App Development IT Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales team to promote and sell the

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients in industries that could benefit from custom mobile app development services. Reach out through email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads.
Sales Support:
Assist in creating sales materials, presentations, and proposals for mobile app development projects, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Client Communication:
Help manage client communications by scheduling meetings, following up on proposals, and assisting with inquiries about mobile app development services.
Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's mobile app development services and solutions (iOS, Android, hybrid apps, UX/UI design, etc.), Help explain technical details to clients in a simple and approachable manner.
Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in mobile app development. Track new trends in mobile technology, such as AI integration, and mobile UX/UI design.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain the CRM system with leads, contact information, sales progress, and follow-up actions.
Sales Analytics & Reporting:
Assist with tracking key sales metrics, compiling performance reports, and evaluating sales strategies for effectiveness.
Collaboration with Development Team:
Work closely with the mobile app development team to understand the technical aspects of the product and ensure smooth communication between sales and development teams to meet client expectations.
Client Demo & Presentation Support:
Assist in presenting mobile app development solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how the app's features align with their business needs.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
Mandatory Skill:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey both technical and business information clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Familiarity with mobile app development concepts (e.g., iOS, Android, hybrid apps, UX/UI design) is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude toward learning.
