Sales Intern
who has a keen interest and understanding of the HR domain and is eager to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients (founders, HR heads, startup decision-makers) in need of HR and compliance services.
Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate leads and book discovery meetings.
Assist in preparing tailored pitch decks, sales proposals, and follow-up material with HR-specific value propositions.
Maintain and update CRM tools to track lead progress and interactions.
Stay updated on HR industry trends, compliance changes, and competitor offerings.
Support senior team members in client meetings and document insights.
Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HR functions (payroll, compliance, hiring, employee lifecycle).
Familiarity with HR pain points in startups/SMEs (e.g., statutory compliance, onboarding, policy frameworks).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, with a hunger to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup.
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Bonus If You Have:
Previous coursework or internship in HR or sales.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead-gen tools.
Understanding of Indian labor laws or HR tech products.
