Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads
Coordinate with clients via calls, messages, and emails
Support site visits and property presentations
Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
Assist in marketing activities such as social media posts, listings, and promotions
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates
Eligibility & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
Prior sales or real estate exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
