ales Intern: Business Development & Market Research

We are seeking a

proactive, results-driven Sales Intern

to support our dynamic sales team. This is a critical field-based role perfect for individuals looking to gain a deep understanding of the sales cycle, focusing on

ground-level market research, data integrity, and lead identification

within the construction/real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Data Collection (Core Focus):

Independently visit builders and construction sites

to collect accurate and up-to-date project and client data (e.g., project status, material needs, key contacts).

Database Management:

Systematically

update and maintain the company's CRM/Sales databases

with the collected information, ensuring high data quality and integrity.

Sales Enablement & Lead Support:

Actively

support the sales team in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads

based on market intelligence gathered during site visits.

Client Communication:

Assist in professional, basic

client communication

(e.g., introductory calls, follow-up emails) when required by the team.

Business Intelligence:

Compile and

share valuable market insights and feedback

regarding industry trends, competitor activities, and builder requirements to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language proficiency is a plus).

Attitude:

A

proactive, self-motivated attitude

and comfort with frequent

field-based work/travel

Technical:

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and a willingness to learn CRM software.

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational ability for managing data.

Resilience:

Ability to handle on-field challenges and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
