We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic intern to join our Sales team and help us become India's most trusted travel partner. This is a hands-on opportunity in a unique and fast-growing sector.

Key Responsibilities



You will work closely with our Relationship Manager ("Daughter") teams and Sales Head, gaining real-world

experience in a holistic service model. Your core responsibilities include:

Sales & Outreach:

Actively promote and sell our comprehensive travel packages and exclusive
membership plans.

Lead Generation:

Make strategic outbound calls, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure diligent
follow-up with all prospective clients.

Client Field Visits:

Conduct necessary field visits to meet with prospective clients (seniors, families,
and corporate partners), clearly explain our unique value proposition, and assist in closing membership sales.

Sales Targets:

Focus on selling Membership Plans and high-revenue Holiday Packages (3 per month).

Administrative Support:

Prepare customized sales proposals, professional presentations, and weekly sales performance reports.

Marketing Events:

Participate in company events, roadshows, and community engagement programs to generate fresh leads and build brand awareness.

o Client Management:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, ensuring smooth coordination with Operations for client onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications



Location:

Must be based in or easily commutable within the Delhi NCR region.

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Marketing, or Business is preferred).

Skills:

Must possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills--you will be communicating with senior citizens and corporate clients daily.

Mobility:

Willingness to travel and conduct local client visits as an essential part of the role.

What We Offer (Performance-Based Stipend & Commission)



This internship is designed to give you a deep understanding of sales and operations in a specialized market, with compensation directly linked to your performance.

Duration: 3 to 6 months



Stipend:


First Month (Unpaid): The initial month is unpaid and focuses entirely on training and skill development.

Second Month Onwards: You will receive a performance-based stipend of up to ₹4,000 per month.

The final amount is entirely dependent on performance and sales targets achieved.

Target Performance: The average expectation is to sell 5 Membership Plans per month.

Incentives & Commission:



Eligibility Threshold: Upon achieving 8 total sales conversions (Memberships or Holiday Packages), you qualify for commission on all further sales. Commission Structure: Earn 10% commission on the revenue generated from all Membership sales made after the 8th conversion threshold is met. o Travel Reimbursement: All necessary local travel for client meetings and field work will be reimbursed by the company. o Mentorship: Work directly with an experienced team and learn proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship techniques. o Career Potential: Receive an official Internship Certificate upon completion, with the potential for full-time employment based on outstanding performance.
