Provide insights to help the sales team improve strategies and campaigns.

Maintain organized sales records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team.
5. CRM & Data Management
Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.
6. Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for aligned efforts.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to understand products and sales techniques.
7. Performance & Reporting
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities.
Suggest improvements to enhance sales outreach and engagement.
