Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Sales Intern



1. Lead Generation & Outreach



Research and identify potential clients or customers. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media platforms. Maintain a record of all outreach efforts in the CRM or tracking sheet.

2. Sales Support



Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations. Support in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships. Help follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure timely responses.

3. Market Research & Analysis



Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences. Provide insights to help the sales team improve strategies and campaigns.

4. Administrative Tasks



Maintain organized sales records, reports, and documentation. Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team.

5. CRM & Data Management



Update and manage customer data in the CRM system. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.

6. Collaboration & Learning



Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for aligned efforts. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to understand products and sales techniques.

7. Performance & Reporting



Prepare weekly or monthly reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities. Suggest improvements to enhance sales outreach and engagement.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
