Key responsibility:
Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Qualify prospects based on set criteria and schedule meetings/demos.
Support the inside sales team with lead generation and database management.
Research potential clients and gather relevant contact information.
Maintain and update records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Assist in preparing sales scripts, email templates, and follow-up content.
Participate in daily/weekly sales team meetings and training sessions.
Track and report on call activity, conversions, and lead status.
