Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Identify potential customers (schools, parents, students) through online research, calls, and social media.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Contact leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to share Junior Robo's courses and offerings.
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule demo sessions or meetings.
Assist in explaining course details, pricing, and benefits to parents and students.
Support in closing sales under the guidance of the sales manager.
Promote Junior Robo's workshops, webinars, and events through digital platforms.
Share feedback from prospects to improve pitch strategies.
Maintain records of daily calls, messages, and meetings in CRM/excel sheets.
Submit daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversion progress.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align sales efforts.
Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to boost sales.
Gain exposure to edtech sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Continuously learn about Junior Robo's products and education market trends.
