Sales Manager

to help us grow our business. Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email, phone, social media

Ultimately, you'll help us meet our business objectives and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

COMPENSATION

: STIPEND OF 50K + pm BASED ON EXPERIENCE

PROBATION PERIOD

: 3 MONTHS. COMFORMATION WILL BE BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

INCENTIVES

: POTENTIAL TO EARN HIGH INCENTIVES FOR EVERY CLOSURE ON DEALS GENERATED.

MUST OWN A VEHICLE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS



Prior sales experience in a similar / related industry is mandatory.

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus - Improve relationships to grow business.

Good understanding of the local market(Hyderabad)

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

Graduate in any stream

RESPONSIBILITY:



Cond

cting market research to identify opportunities and evaluate client

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, market intelligence

Setting up meetings with potential clients/customers and understanding their requirement/ expectations

Maintain sales/ financial data for regular reviews.

Represent IKRAFT in exhibitions or conferences. Be a "

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
