Job Descriptiion

1) Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

2) Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

3) Present and pitch turnkey solutions, including architectural design, interior planning, and execution, to potential clients.

4) Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.

5) Work closely with the Sales Head to implement the sales strategy and contribute to achieving sales goals.

6) Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

7) Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

8) Represent industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new business leads and expand the company's network.

9) Monitor sales progress, track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head/ Senior Management.

Education:



1) Diploma or degree in Interior Designing and or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Work Experience:



1) 0 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2C sales.

2) Experience in the Working With construction, architecture,interior designing sector is highly preferred.

3) Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

4) Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

5) Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.

6) Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.

Technical Skills



1.Sales Analytics: Proficient in Excel for tracking performance.

2.MS Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Soft/Behavioral Skills:



1) Business development and lead generation.

2) Client relationship management.

3) Negotiation and contract closing.

4) Strong communication and presentation skills.

5) Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.

6) Market research and analysis.

7) In-depth understanding of the healthcare infrastructure industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
