Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Sales Interior Designer who can combine design expertise with strong sales skills. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating interior design concepts, presenting solutions, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their design needs, budget, and preferences
Create interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and design presentations
Explain design ideas, materials, and finishes to clients clearly
Convert walk-in and online leads into confirmed projects
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to project closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
Proven experience in interior design sales or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.)
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture
Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals
Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential or commercial interiors
Knowledge of site execution and project coordination
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
